 Hesketh Henry is involved in sponsorships and pro-bono activities for various community based organisations, as well as supporting charitable organisations such as the Auckland City Mission and Ronald McDonald House.  NZ Sculpture OnShore in association with Friends of Women’s RefugesWe are the principal sponsors of this event which is the largest outdoor sculpture exhibition in New Zealand. It is held bi-annually at the Fort Takapuna Historic Reserve in Devonport. This event has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for Women’s Refuge. Auckland Art Fair We are principal partner to the Auckland Art Fair, which has quickly gained an excellent reputation for the quality of the art and the wide array of New Zealand and Australian art galleries and artists represented. Held every two years, it has already become renowned for creating a showcase of the finest contemporary art in the Antipodes. BBC World Service Hesketh Henry continues to be one of the foundation sponsors of the BBC World Service in New Zealand McCahon French Bay House Restoration and Residency Project We have had a long standing supportive relationship with this project, which has focused on the restoration of a cottage that was once home to Colin McCahon, one of New Zealand’s most significant artists. Also, a new artist’s home has been built adjacent to the original dwelling and this is an artist’s retreat in which successful applicants spend three months developing their work in an idyllic environment.
