GALA

Hesketh Henry is the New Zealand member of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance - GALA. This is an alliance of lawyers located throughout the world with expertise and experience in advertising,
marketing, trade marks and promotion law.

GALA provides a worldwide resource to individuals and corporations who wish to source answers to problems involving the complex legal issues affecting advertisers and marketers.

ADVOC is a global network of independent law firms which provides
clients with commercially oriented services in whichever jurisdiction
they need support. Each of the member firms is known and respected

within its region and is committed to respond immediately to the needs of clients of other firms.

Each of the member firms has detailed information on the experience and special knowledge of all the member firms. Honorary Consul

Our Managing Partner, Erich Bachmann, is fluent in English, German and Spanish and is the Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany in Auckland. Erich is also the President of the New Zealand German Business Association , the official representative in New Zealand of the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce, an organisation which has most commercial enterprises in Germany numbering many millions as its members and therefore offers unrivalled connections to one of Europe’s economic power houses.

NATIONAL

Lawlink , founded in 1986, is a national alliance of 18 legal firms with 23 offices located throughout New Zealand. This is a substantial legal resource and the Lawlink network provides high quality legal advice
and expertise. Information and knowledge is freely shared and member
