Pernod Ricard cleared to acquire Allied Domecq | July 2005
On Wednesday 13 July 2005, the Commerce Commission cleared the NZ$20 billion acquisition by Hesketh Henry's client, Pernod Ricard SA of all the shares of Allied Domecq plc. The Business and Taxation team advised Pernod Ricard SA on its successful application.
