Frank is a partner in Hesketh Henry’s Corporate and
Commercial team. His principal areas of practice are commercial
and corporate law with an emphasis on securities law, corporate
finance, public company regulation and mergers and acquisitions.
Frank has extensive experience in capital raising and advising
listed companies on a range of compliance and transactional
issues, including Takeovers Panel exemption applications. He
also advises start-ups through to growth companies on capital
raising and listing.
As a securities law specialist, Frank draws from his extensive
experience and having previously worked for the Securities
Commission. He advises on the structuring, establishment and
public offering of equity, debt and interests in group
investment funds and unit trusts. He also advises issuers,
managers and trustees on Securities Act compliance and
investigation matters.
Frank is an approved independent adviser for New Zealand
Exchange Limited (Hesketh Henry is an approved NZX Sponsor). He
has advised the Exchange on a range of matters.
A contributing author for Morison’s Company and Securities Law,
Frank is also a member of the Law and Economics Association of
New Zealand. He is a past Convenor of the Auckland District Law
Society Property & Business Law Committee and is the Convenor of
the Auckland District Law Society Commercial Law Committee.
Frank is on the Board of Hesketh Henry.
