John has had a long association with clients in the travel
industry and has acted in a number of significant acquisitions
and divestments in that industry. John also has a special
interest in the construction industry where he advises a number
of significant building and construction companies and
professional advisers to that industry. He has considerable
expertise in the proposed new construction legislation and has
presented papers and participated as a panel member in industry
