Keith Willoughby was admitted to the New Zealand Bar in 1971. Keith is a family law specialist with over 30 years experience and expertise in custody, access and guardianship disputes, spousal maintenance, child support and relationship property matters.

He appears regularly in the Family Court in defended hearings. He is a senior Counsel for Child and is often appointed by the Family Court to represent the children in disputed custody and access matters.  He has also made successful applications under the Hague Convention for the return of abducted children to New Zealand.  He has been involved in a variety of defended relationship property claims.
