Kate joined Hesketh Henry’s Employment team in
September 2009. She previously worked with a boutique employment
law firm in Auckland and before that, a large Waikato firm.
Kate is passionate about employment law and has advised employers
across a range of industries, including in education, transport,
manufacturing, forestry and local government, with clients ranging
from small and mid range businesses to large and multi-national
corporates. Kate has also worked in corporate human resources with
a public sector employer in Australia and is a member of the Human
Resources Institute of New Zealand.
Kate has an interest in
and commitment to volunteering and the not-for-profit sector and is
a Trustee on the Board of Volunteering Auckland. Kate has
represented clients in the Employment Relations Authority and
Employment Court as well as at mediation.
Kate prides
herself in providing pragmatic legal solutions to meet client’s
legal, employment and business needs and can assist with all
employment related queries. |
