Bryce is a partner in the Corporate and Commercial
team at Hesketh Henry and the Team Leader of the Corporate and
Commercial Team. He practices in the areas of mergers and
acquisitions, securities and general corporate and commercial law.
He has considerable experience in acting for New Zealand private
equity funds and advising clients on management buy outs and
co-investment arrangements. Recently Bryce has acted
for clients in a number of significant projects including:
- Hauraki No1 Fund on its exit from Tiri Group;
- ANZ Capital on
its investment in Tegel Foods;
- Hirepool during its expansion
throughout New Zealand including its acquisition of Henderson
Rental Cars; and
- Lincoln Capital Partners on the acquisition
of a number of businesses in the retail sector.
Bryce
provides excellent client service through strong project management
and communication skills and brings a commercial and practical
approach to legal issues. In particular, Bryce is well
positioned to provide advice to his clients in the context of a
sale process, having advised the vendors of Tegel Foods, Hirepool
and the Tiri Group.
