Barret Blaylock is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Property Team. Barret has a strong background in general law including property, commercial, immigration, family, District Court litigation and Waitangi Tribunal law. Barret is of Te Atihaunui a Paparangi descent. Before joining Hesketh Henry in 2007 he worked at a general practice firm in Auckland.
Barret specialises in all aspects of commercial property law including retirement village work, commercial and property transactions including commercial sales and purchases, commercial leasing, subdivision development and residential transactions.
Barret has a focused and diligent approach and makes a priority of getting to know the foundation of his client's business drivers as a pre-requisite for providing them with the best possible advice for their circumstances. He likes to get to know his clients well, and he sees this as a key to fostering sound, long-term client relationships.
