Sarah joined
Hesketh Henry in October 2010 after four years at a large national
law firm and is a Senior Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial
team.
Sarah’s principal area of practice is
corporate and commercial law. She has experience in providing
general corporate and commercial advice across a broad range of
industries including in relation to mergers and acquisitions, joint
venture arrangements, corporate compliance, banking and finance and
security arrangements.
Sarah has particular expertise in
drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts and
bespoke agreements including distribution and supply agreements,
terms of trade, sponsorship agreements, joint venture agreements,
shareholder agreements, management agreements, license agreements,
share and asset sale and purchase agreements and white label
template agreements.
Prior to joining Hesketh Henry, Sarah
spent four years as a Solicitor in the Corporate team at one of New
Zealand’s largest law firms where she worked extensively with some
of New Zealand's largest corporates including New Zealand Breweries
Limited, Tourism Holdings Limited, Telecom New Zealand Limited,
Gen-i, Craigs Investment Partners and other large national
companies.
Sarah brings a pragmatic approach to legal issues
with a focus on client communication and delivering practical and
commercial outcomes.
