Corporate and M&A 

Auckland firm Hesketh Henry is ‘first class, a "go-to" firm for M&A’. Erich Bachmann’s team advises domestic and international clients, including AA Insurance and AIG. Kate Telford advised National Aluminium on its first joint venture. Chris Lee is recommended for business sales and purchases and John Kirkwood is ‘a commercial lawyer of the first order’.
 
Employment

Hesketh Henry’s Jim Roberts handles employment documentation that goes to the 2,000 members of the Restaurant Association of New Zealand. His highlights included handling issues arising from the business restructuring and sale of a division by InterMed Medical, and work for the Corrections Association of New Zealand union, which represents 2,500 members.
