Chris Lee is a Partner in our Business Advice team and has more than 20 years experience, including more than a decade in London, in M&A and corporate and commercial law.

Chris is a trusted adviser for a range of exciting NZ and international clients, helping them to grow their businesses faster by:

  • securing strategic partnerships through strong commercial agreements;
  • protecting and enhancing IP;
  • navigating shareholder and director issues;  and
  • assisting with regulatory compliance.

Chris’ practice is focused on:

  • mergers & acquisitions, including due diligence and cross-border joint ventures;
  • commercial agreements, including: manufacturing; supply and procurement; confidentiality, distribution; agency; terms and conditions;
  • regulatory compliance; and
  • all aspects of governance and corporate compliance.
