Elise is an experienced commercial property lawyer having been in practice for over 35 years. She acts for property investors and developers, families, business owners, charitable organisations, clubs, and schools. Her clients include overseas entities who have invested in businesses in New Zealand.
Her work includes commercial property purchases, sales, leasing and financing, advice on business acquisitions and sales, review of business contracts, residential property sales, purchases and refinancing, trust and estate planning advice, Overseas Investment Act 2005 advice and investment.
Elise is very involved with the Law Association of New Zealand Inc, is a member of the Documents and Precedents Committee which provides legal forms to the legal profession throughout New Zealand and the Continuing Legal Education Committee which organises seminars and conferences for the legal profession. Elise has also presented and chaired seminars for Legalwise Seminars.
Elise is Honorary solicitor for the Bucklands Beach Yacht Club Inc and for the Howick Volunteer Coastguard Inc. She is member of the Rotary Club of Half Moon Bay Inc and is a Past President of that Club as well as having served at District level as an Area Governor for Rotary District 9920.
