Harsimran joined Hesketh Henry in 2023 as an associate in the Business Advice team. His experience includes assisting on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including business acquisitions and disposals, shareholders agreements, private capital raising and lending, commercial contracts advice and general corporate matters. Harsimran also has experience assisting with a variety of private wealth matters, including trust law matters.
Harsimran completed an LLB(Hons)/BMS from the University of Waikato and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court in 2019.
Outside of the office Harsimran enjoys playing sport (being keen on cricket and hockey) and spending time with family and friends.
