Sarah Nicholas

Sarah is part of the Corporate Commercial team and advises on a wide range of matters, with a particular focus on trade and transport, including commodities contracts, terms of trade and service agreements.  Her experience also spans banking and finance, aircraft leases and intellectual property.  In addition to her legal practice, she has worked in business in New Zealand, giving her a practical understanding of commercial drivers.  With over eight years in London law firms and further experience in New Zealand, she brings a global perspective and commercial insight to clients.
