We are delighted to announce that Ariana Stuart has been promoted to Special Counsel.
Ariana joined Hesketh Henry in February 2023, bringing with her strong experience from her time at Dentons and MinterEllisonRuddWatts. Since arriving, she has become an integral and highly valued member of our Construction and Infrastructure team.
Ariana’s expertise spans both domestic and Pacific projects, advising clients across the full spectrum of non‑contentious and contentious construction matters. She has also played a pivotal role in progressing the firm’s recent work in the Public Private Partnerships (PPP) space.
This promotion reflects Ariana’s technical excellence, her leadership on complex matters, and the deep trust and confidence she has earned from both clients and colleagues. Her thoughtful approach, strategic insight, and commitment to quality have made her a standout contributor to the firm.
