Hesketh Henry has advised a New Zealand-based vendor on the negotiation and sale of a Dassault Falcon 50EX corporate jet to a United States purchaser.
The transaction was led by Corporate Partner Ben Hickson, with support from Sarah Nicholas working closely alongside the firm’s specialist Trade and Transport team. Partner Robert Berry also contributed to the successful completion of the deal.
Cross-border aviation transactions require careful coordination, including regulatory compliance, asset transfer documentation and financing considerations. The team worked collaboratively to manage these complexities and ensure a smooth and efficient transaction for the client.
This deal adds to Hesketh Henry’s growing track record in aviation asset transactions. The firm has recently advised clients on a range of matters spanning aircraft sales and acquisitions, chartering arrangements and leasing structures.
