New Senior Associate, James Lewis adds some punch to Hesketh Henry’s Construction practice

James joins Hesketh Henry after nearly 10 years of practice with leading International law firms Pinsent Masons and Mayer Brown in Hong Kong.  

James specialises in contentious and non-contentious construction matters.  His specific experience includes reviewing and drafting construction tender and contract documentation, providing advice to contractors, principals, sub-contractors and suppliers, and claims relating to delay, variations and defects in a variety of dispute resolution forums, with specific expertise in arbitration.

With an LLB and an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College London, and an LLM from Columbia University in New York, James brings an international perspective to his construction practice as well as an international network.
