Kate Telford recently acted for Tiri Group Limited in relation to the purchase of the Rapid Labels division of Blue Star Group for an undisclosed sum. Rapid Labels is a manufacturer of labels across a range of label market segments. Tiri Group comprises a diverse group of eleven manufacturing and distribution businesses based in New Zealand.
