Having first joined Hesketh Henry in 2022, James is now a graduate in the Corporate and Commercial team. James actively engages with a diverse range of matters, including business acquisitions, marketing compliance, foreign investment, and safeguarding intellectual property.
Currently, James is completing his honours dissertation, investigating exploitative advertising practices and evaluating the efficacy of New Zealand’s gambling regulation.
Outside of the office, James is a keen golfer and has experience representing New Zealand in American football.
