Since joining Hesketh Henry’s Corporate and Commercial team in 2022, James has been actively involved in a diverse range of practice areas including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, foreign investment, competition law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
Outside of the office, James is a keen golfer and has experience representing New Zealand in American football.
