Madeline studied at Victoria University of Wellington obtaining a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts double majoring in Sociology and Media.

Madeline has prior experience working in employment relations consultancy.  She is solution focused and provides practical advice suited to her clients’ needs. 

She has a particular interest in change proposals/restructures, conflict resolution, collective bargaining, medical incapacity matters and achieving best-practice in employment documentation and processes.
