Brian Coburn is a Partner in our Property Team. He assists businesses with their commercial property deals, particularly sales, purchases, leases, and development agreements.
Brian has specialised in advising overseas high-net-worth individuals and commercial entities since the 1990s, assisting them in the acquisition and ongoing management of office investment properties across New Zealand. He has extensive experience in dealing with seismic and earthquake-related issues affecting commercial property.
Brian has a deep understanding of the commercial property market and can assist you through the process of negotiating leases or buying and selling commercial property.
Brian also has extensive experience in advising retirement village operators in all aspects of acquisition, development and compliance.
