Claudia specialises in construction and insolvency disputes, with broad experience across civil and commercial litigation. She advises a wide range of clients, from body corporates and property owners to developers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants and creditors, on issues including payment disputes, delays, variations, contract claims, and defect litigation.
Claudia is experienced in all major dispute resolution forums, including adjudication, arbitration, mediation, and High Court litigation. She is a member of the New Zealand Society of Construction Law and RITANZ, a committee member of the TLANZ Property Disputes and is known for her clear, strategic approach to resolving disputes efficiently and effectively.
