Elise is a highly experienced commercial property lawyer with over 35 years in practice. She advises a broad range of clients including property investors and developers, families, business owners, charitable organisations, clubs, schools, and overseas entities investing in New Zealand.
Her work spans commercial property transactions, leasing, financing, business acquisitions and sales, residential property matters, trust and estate planning, and Overseas Investment Act advice. Elise is known for her practical, client-focused approach and her ability to navigate complex property and investment matters with clarity and care.
Elise is actively involved in the legal profession through her work with The Law Association of New Zealand, serving on both the Documents and Precedents Committee and the Continuing Legal Education Committee. She regularly presents seminars for Legalwise and other professional audiences.
She is Honorary Solicitor for Bucklands Beach Yacht Club Inc and Howick Volunteer Coastguard Inc, and a committed member of the Rotary Club of Half Moon Bay Inc, where she has served as President and Area Governor for Rotary District 9920.
