Elizabeth brings over 20 years of specialist experience in property and real estate law, with a career that spans senior in-house roles at Harcourts New Zealand, Ray White Damerell Group, and Stonewood Group. Her deep understanding of the property sector, gained from working within leading real estate agencies and a private developer, enables her to deliver pragmatic, commercially attuned advice tailored to the needs of clients across the industry.

Her expertise covers a broad range of commercial and property law matters, including residential and commercial transactions, property developments and agreements, Kāinga Ora development agreements, subdivisions and titling matters such as easements and land covenants, building and funding agreements, commercial and registered leases, property and leasing disputes, franchising, business sales and purchases, and compliance with the Real Estate Agents Act 2008.

Elizabeth is a member of the NZ Law Society’s Property Law Section Law Reform Committee and a Property Law Section Accredited Specialist, is a respected contributor to the legal community, and is currently serving on the Board of the French New Zealand Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
