Glen is a partner in the Litigation Group. He specialises in complex commercial disputes, with a focus on delivering clear, strategic advice to corporate clients. Glen’s practice centres on construction and infrastructure disputes and large-scale litigation. He compliments this with additional expertise in advising on regulatory investigations, and insolvency and restructuring matters.

He has significant experience in the construction sector, representing contractors and consultants in mediations, arbitrations, and adjudications under the Construction Contracts Act. Glen is a skilled advocate with experience before all levels of the New Zealand courts.

Glen co-leads our insolvency and restructuring practice, advising insolvency practitioners, creditors, and debtors on all aspects of insolvency law, including liquidations, receiverships, administrations, director duties, and enforcement of lending and security arrangements.

Glen also regularly assists clients with investigations by regulatory bodies such as the Commerce Commission and provides compliance advice under the Commerce Act, Fair Trading Act, and Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act.

He is a member of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ), Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association New Zealand (RITANZ) and the Society of Construction Law (SCL).
