James is a solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team, advising across a broad range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, foreign investment, competition law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
He takes a practical and commercially minded approach, helping clients navigate complex transactions and regulatory frameworks with clarity and confidence. James joined Hesketh Henry in 2022 and contributes across all stages of the deal process.
Outside of work, James is a keen golfer and has represented New Zealand in American football.
