Kirby Kleingeld is an Associate in the Employment Team, advising on a wide range of employment matters for employers, employees, and unions. Her practice includes both contentious and non-contentious issues, with experience in personal grievances, restructures, long-term sickness absence and medical incapacity.
Kirby represents clients in mediations and has undertaken litigation in the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court.
