Lisa is an associate in our Litigation Group. She is a construction specialist with experience advising clients throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. Her expertise spans both front-end and back-end construction matters, including project development, procurement and tendering, contract drafting and negotiation, project administration and execution, and dispute resolution.
Lisa is known for providing clear and pragmatic advice to a wide range of clients, from contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, through to contract administrators, developers, and body corporates. She has experience advising on a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects, including commercial, large scale residential, civil, airports, ports, renewable energy, water, and transport. Her disputes experience includes payment issues, delays, variations, and multi-party defect litigation. She is skilled in all dispute resolution forums, with particular expertise in adjudication and High Court litigation. She is a member of the New Zealand Society of Construction Law (SCL).
