Robert is a partner in the Property Team, bringing over 30 years of experience in commercial and property law. He advises a wide range of clients on complex business and property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, and dispute resolution. His depth of knowledge and practical approach help clients navigate challenges with clarity and confidence.

Robert also maintains a strong interest in insolvency and restructuring, acting for liquidators, receivers, and administrators on high-profile and technically complex matters, particularly those involving property securities and asset realisation. Robert co-leads Hesketh Henry’s insolvency and restructuring team.
