Sam is part of our Corporate and Commercial Team, advising clients on a wide range of business matters with a focus on clear, commercially grounded solutions. He assists with business acquisitions and disposals, capital raising, joint venture arrangements, and general corporate advisory work, supporting clients through each stage of their commercial journey.

In addition to his corporate expertise, Sam has a background in property law, with particular insight into forestry matters. This combination of skills allows him to provide well-rounded, practical advice, especially where property and commercial interests intersect. Sam joined the firm in 2023 and brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to every matter.
