Tina is an Associate in the Litigation Team, specialising in construction and insurance disputes. She advises on negligence, professional obligations, and statutory liability. She has appeared in the District and High Courts, as well as represented clients in mediation and settlement conferences.
Her broader experience includes acting for councils, insurers, and other professional bodies in commercial and regulatory matters, as well as assisting with Crown and regulatory prosecutions.
She is a current member of the New Zealand Society of Construction Law.
