Isaac Proctor

Isaac is a solicitor in the Litigation Group, assisting across a range of disputes from lower-value claims through to complex, high-value litigation. He has particular experience in building defect and insurance-related matters.

He takes a pragmatic and commercially focused approach, helping clients identify efficient resolution strategies while keeping recovery costs proportionate. Prior to joining Hesketh Henry, Isaac worked in-house at a major insurance brokerage, contributing to the implementation of regulatory reforms under the Financial Services Legislation Amendment Act.

Isaac is an active member of several legal and insurance communities, including The Law Association’s NextGen Lawyers Committee, the Insurance Network, and the Young Insurance Professionals (YIPs).
