Mary is solicitor in our Employment Team. She first joined Hesketh Henry as a summer clerk in 2022, and returned as a graduate in early 2024. Mary has a strong foundation in employment law and takes a pragmatic approach to assisting her clients solve their workplace problems.
Mary advises employers, employees and unions on a wide range of employment law issues, with a particular interest in redundancy and restructuring, health and safety issues and dispute resolution. Mary’s approach is grounded in understanding each client’s needs and delivering advice that is both practical and easy to apply.
