Compliance with the Holidays Act is all about the law.  It is only when those legal questions are answered that your payroll system can be reviewed for compliance.

In this workshop we will cover the following:

  • Holiday Act entitlements and payments – don’t let payroll systems confuse you!
  • Common pitfalls with holiday entitlements and calculating holiday pay.
  • Simple compliance checks without an expensive and time-consuming audit .
  • Someone’s knockin’ at the door – It’s the Labour Inspector – what now?


    Time:                  10:00 am – 12 noon (2 hours).

    Cost:                   $395 per person plus GST.
