In this workshop we will cover the following:

• What must be in an employment agreement to comply with legislation – you might be surprised!
• What we recommend be in (and out!) of an employment agreement for protection and flexibility.
• The recent legislative changes and what clauses might need updating in your current employment agreements, plus some example clauses you might like to use.
• Tips, tricks and pitfalls in drafting, applying and enforcing employment agreements.
