He has extensive commercial property experience from over 30 years of specialising in the acquisition and leasing of commercial office buildings and advising village operators on compliance issues in the retirement village industry.
As a senior member of the firm’s commercial property team he advises clients, particularly overseas high net worth individuals, in the acquisition and funding of investment properties throughout the country and on the leasing and management of these investment portfolios.
He is also an expert on retirement village law and provides advice to retirement village operators on all aspects of the acquisition, funding and legal compliance associated with retirement villages.
