Georgina works within the Private Wealth team and assists on a variety of trust, estate and relationship property matters.
Georgina first joined Hesketh Henry as a summer clerk at the end of 2021 and has recently been admitted to the bar.
Georgina’s dissertation involved a review of succession law in New Zealand, specifically focusing on the legal avenues available for adult children to make claims against their parent’s estate once they had passed away.
