Examples of work completed by our team include:

  • Advising Iwi on an acquisition of parts of its whenua pursuant to a Public Works Act 1981 Agreement for the purposes of a state highway. Working with Crown agencies negotiating and documenting leases and licences, conservation covenants and walkway easement and land covenants.
  • Advising on Iwi land issues including Nga Mana Whenua O Tamaki Makaurau Collective Redress Act 2014.
  • Advising Iwi in relation to Crown Forestry Licences and Forestry Right Instruments.
