We are proud to announce that Chante Fourie’s recent New Zealand Society of Construction Law essay titled “I see a Red Door and I Want it Painted Black: Disruption, Force Majeure and NZS3910 ” has been published in the December issue of the New Zealand Law Journal. Chante’s work considers how NZS3910:2013 responds to unexpected no fault events, and the benefit that could be derived from the inclusion of a force majeure provision into the contract’s general terms.
