Kane’s main practice area lies in property law with considerable knowledge across areas including subdivisions and developments, residential conveyancing, property financing, trusts, and leasing.
Kane has acted for trusts, partnerships, incorporated societies, and commercial entities across a growing range of property related transactions and has experience with assisting complex entity structures.
Being born and raised in Dunedin, Kane studied at the University of Otago and has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management.
Since 2018, and throughout his studies, Kane worked as a law clerk in Dunedin firms assisting in a broad range of transactions which has provided him with valuable insight into various areas of property law.
