Sam joined the Hesketh Henry’s Corporate and Commercial team in 2023 from a medium size firm in the Wellington region. His experience includes assisting with a range of corporate and commercial matters including business acquisitions and disposals, capital raising, joint venture arrangements and general corporate matters.
In addition to his corporate expertise, Sam has experience in property law, in particular forestry and rural land issues and leasing.
