Tina specialises in construction litigation, with an emphasis on negligence and defective building work. She has also advised clients on professional obligations, acted in regulatory prosecutions, and appeared in mediations.
Her wider experience includes assisting with Crown and regulatory prosecutions, and acting for insurers, councils and professional regulators.
Tina is a member of the NZLS Auckland Young Lawyers Committee, as well as the New Zealand Society of Construction Law.
