Don Aue, will share his experience on financial due diligence engagements performed and what can be learnt from this experience. He will also look at what is required when building credibility in the financial results of your business.
Chris Lee will explain how purchasers conduct legal due diligence and share his experience of dealing with issues that might be uncovered.
Our presentation will be followed by drinks and nibbles.
