Before relocating to New Zealand, Ruth was a partner in the London office of the international law firm, Holman Fenwick & Willan. She has extensive transactional maritime experience for both commercial shipping and yachting clients including, second-hand sale and purchase, shipbuilding contracts, ship registrations, charterparties and joint venture agreements. Ruth also specialises in international ship finance acting for banks and owners on finance transactions.
Ruth is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
