The Peace Forum was organised by the National Unification Advisory Council (NUAC), a constitutional institution of South Korea, to discuss current security issues in the Korea peninsula following the summit between USA and North Korea and to seek the international cooperation from Oceanian countries.
The delegation was led by Deog-ryong Kim, the Executive Vice-chairperson of NUAC and included Seung-Bae Yeo, Ambassador to New Zealand, Caroline Bilkey, Assistant Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and many academics and scholars from the prominent universities.
