Hesketh Henry’s Insurance Team author LexisNexis Practical Guidance Insurance

Hesketh Henry’s Insurance Team is delighted to celebrate the launch of Practical Guidance Insurance.

LexisNexis has launched Practical Guidance Insurance containing 12 topics and over 50 sub-topics plus checklists, all of which is designed to give anyone working in the insurance industry a wealth of practical knowledge at their fingertips.

Helen Macfarlane, Stephanie Corban, Christina Bryant, Alan Sherlock, Charlotte Robertson, Colin Hunter, Alastair Nisbet, Isaac Proctor and Clara Kwon, all members of Hesketh Henry’s Insurance Team, were heavily involved in writing various topics and sub-topics.  Erich Bachmann and James Jacobi from the firm’s Corporate Team also contributed the topic covering regulation of the insurance industry.

The Insurance Team are proud of the resource they have created and the teamwork involved in producing the product for LexisNexis.

Helen Macfarlane and Stephanie Corban highlighted the team’s involvement in Practical Guidance with NZ Lawyer recently, commenting that “We’re all sharing the satisfaction of putting out an excellent product and using everybody’s skills to make it happen.”

Five of the team are heading to the New Zealand Insurance Law Association (NZILA) annual conference later this week. Helen Macfarlane, Christina Bryant, Alan Sherlock, Charlotte Robertson and Alastair Nisbet all look forward to catching up with fellow attendees in Christchurch.  The theme of the conference is Regeneration | Whakahounga, which reflects the reconstruction and transformation that has occurred in Christchurch following the earthquakes.  Following the Insurance Team’s experience with Canterbury earthquake claims over many years we can now celebrate our return to a rejuvenated Christchurch for what looks to be another excellent conference, while also celebrating the launch of Practical Guidance – a double cause of celebration!
